Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or securities advice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, nor a recommendation regarding any security or transaction. Nothing on this site creates an adviser relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any obligation on FLOWCAP to act.
FLOWCAP provides consulting, company assessment and strategic advisory services. FLOWCAP does not guarantee financing, securities issuance, regulatory approval, completion of an RTO transaction or admission to trading. Legal, audit, brokerage, dealer and securities-related services are provided by appropriately licensed independent professionals where required.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, financing, a transaction or a public listing.
FLOWCAP does not guarantee financing, securities issuance, regulatory approval, completion of an RTO transaction or admission to trading. Any such outcome depends on the transaction structure, the participants involved, regulatory and exchange requirements, and the results of due diligence conducted by licensed professionals.
4. The RTO Readiness Score
The RTO Readiness Score is a self-assessment tool provided for informational purposes only. It runs entirely in your browser, is based solely on the answers you enter, and is not reviewed by FLOWCAP. It does not constitute an offer, an approval, an assessment by FLOWCAP, financial advice or a guarantee of any transaction, and it must not be relied upon for any decision.
5. Submissions
By submitting an application or other materials you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the company concerned.
You retain ownership of the materials you submit. You grant FLOWCAP permission to use them for the purpose of assessing the company as described in the Privacy Policy. FLOWCAP is under no obligation to review, respond to or act on any submission.
Do not submit information you are not permitted to disclose, information subject to a confidentiality obligation owed to a third party, or personal information about individuals who have not consented to its disclosure.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design, text, graphics and code of this site are owned by FLOWCAP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit the content commercially without prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use
