Expertise matched to a specific problem

Five areas of work. Each has its own question, its own deliverable and its own next step. Most engagements start in one of them and stay there.

01

Project Assessment & Strategy

“We have technology or a product, but it is not clear which next step actually pays off.”

An outside read on where the project really stands, and a short list of moves that are worth making before anything else.

  • A written diagnostic of the current position
  • The priority gaps, ranked, with the reasoning behind the ranking
  • Two or three realistic options for the next stage and what each one costs you
Discuss a Project Assessment
02

Commercialisation & Market Entry

“The product works, but it is hard to explain to buyers — or hard to move into a new market.”

Language a buyer understands, the segments worth aiming at, and a plan to test demand before you spend on a launch.

  • Positioning and messaging you can hand to anyone on the team
  • Target segments with the reasoning written down
  • A materials pack ready to send
Discuss Market Entry
03

Partnerships & Project Coordination

“The next step needs a technology or commercial partner we do not have yet.”

A shortlist you can defend, approach materials that get read, and someone keeping the process moving once conversations start.

  • A researched shortlist with the reasoning for each name
  • Approach materials ready to send
  • An organised process with a record of where each conversation stands
Discuss Partner Search
04

Technology & Security Advisory

“We need to understand the technology, security or deployment requirements before committing.”

A technical question stated precisely enough that a specialist can answer it — and the right specialist engaged to do so.

  • A written technical brief
  • The engaged specialist’s findings
  • A pilot plan where the engagement extends that far
Discuss a Technical Question
05

Capital Readiness & Public Markets

“We need to be ready for an investor conversation, or to know whether a public listing is realistic.”

An honest map of what is in place, what is missing and what has to happen before the conversation is worth having.

  • A preparation map — what exists, what is missing, in what order
  • A readable assessment of readiness for the next professional conversation
