Project Assessment & Strategy
An outside read on where the project really stands, and a short list of moves that are worth making before anything else.
“We have technology or a product, but it is not clear which next step actually pays off.”
Who this is for
- Founders with a working prototype, product or protected IP
- Teams with first pilots or first customers deciding where to push
- Companies that have been busy for a year and cannot name what changed
What you receive
- A written diagnostic of the current position
- The priority gaps, ranked, with the reasoning behind the ranking
- Two or three realistic options for the next stage and what each one costs you
- A 90-day plan with sequence and owners
What the work covers
- Review of the product, the market and the commercial model as they stand today
- Review of existing materials — deck, site, pricing, pipeline, prior plans
- A working session with the founders, not a questionnaire
- Identification of the constraints that actually block the next stage
- Technical questions isolated and scoped for a specialist, where one is needed
How it runs
- 1Intro conversation — your situation and whether this is the right engagement
- 2Materials and access agreed in writing
- 3Review and working session
- 4Draft findings, your corrections, final document and a walkthrough call
What we need to start
- Whatever you already have: deck, product access or demo, site
- Who the customer is today, or who you think it is
- Commercial numbers if they exist — revenue, pipeline, pricing
- What you have already tried and what happened
Project Diagnostic
When the next step is unclear
- Preliminary review of your materials
- A working session with the founders
- Assessment of the commercial gaps
- Written recommendations
- A 90-day plan
Pricing depends on the complexity and scope of the task. Before any work begins we agree the scope, the timeline and the final price.
Questions
Is this a technical audit?
No. It is a commercial read. If the project needs an architecture review or a security audit, that is scoped separately and carried out by a confirmed specialist.
What if the answer is that we are not ready?
Then that is the answer, in writing, with what would have to change. We would rather tell a company it is two years away than start a process that will not complete.
Let’s discuss the next step for your project.
Tell us what you are working on and where it is stuck. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
